Plastisol treatments for racks

The company specialises in making the Plastisol coating rack - a material derived from the suspension of PVC particles in a plasticizer.

Green Plastisol coating: high resistance to medium temperatures, ideal for traditional galvanic treatments.
Blue Plastisol coating: for chrome plating, technical processes (e.g. chemical nickel) and plastic treatment (ABS).
Red Plastisol coating: material suitable for small parts rack, thanks to the higher loading characteristics.

Racks re-plastification with Plastisol

The rack coating treatment can be performed to complete the restoration of the product. At the end of the cryogenic paint stripping, the staff takes care of the re-plastification.
